year TRANSFERABLE LABOR WARRANTY for
pitched, residential roofing plus the Shingle Manufacturer's warranty, (minimum of 20 years).
- For most re-roofs, no money is paid until the
new roof is installed to your satisfaction.
- We install your new roof for your insurance company's 'price tag' which includes your policy deductible
and depreciation.
- A second layer of new roofing felt installed on top of your old
felt providing you double the protection.
- All new shingles are installed to the manufacturer's specifications
using NAILS. We never staple shingles.
- Cash for referrals. Depending on the size of the roof you refer us to, you will be compensated between $75 and $200 paid directly to you, (once the referred roof is paid for).
- Most Roofs we install are completed in as
little as one day! We never sacrifice quality for quantity.
